This Initial Consult allows us to spend more time with you, with the aim of ;

  • Establishing and refining your desired outcomes
  • Understanding your symptoms and identifying root causes or underlying issues /  patterns within the deep subconscious
  • Chart ahead the therapy approach, and cognitive-based strategies to be applied here and especially for subsequent sessions

The Initial Consult session run anywhere from between 2 to 2.5 hours for this reason (Read more below)

Working with the subconscious mind is most effective with multiple sessions. Single sessions may not provide with the desired outcome. We do encourage the Deep-Dive multiple sessions package. The  5 session or 7 session package is recommended for this and as a cost savings compared to one-off sessions. Note that the cost of the Initial Consult is already factored into these packages. These sessions run anywhere from between 1.5 to 2.5 hours as necessary, with no extra charges on time spent with you.

As a result of this Initial Consult, we will be able to propose the estimated number of sessions required for your desired outcome. There are two options available here after the Initial Consult ;

  1. Select a package, where the cost of the Initial Consult will be deducted from the total cost of the package
  2. Continue on with Follow Up 90 min sessions at $175 each
